Everyone was super friendly. We came in and apparently there was some confusion. We were having trouble with our teeth but also wanted a cleaning; they only had us scheduled to check the problems with our teeth. They accommodated us and cleaned my teeth and my husband needed a crown and they took care of him too.*

Exceptional diagnostic way of finding out what each tooth needs. The hygienist was very well trained. Flossing was a little too rough. Overall I would recommend their office. Front desk staff were accommodating. *

Dr. Williams was so great with both my kids. He took the time to explain to them what was going on with their teeth and what changes to be prepared for. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. We had the best experience and we are so happy we made the switch to Ideal Dental!*
