Was surprised to have Britney not in. My original hygienist. I missed her. I have vety sensative teeth so there was some uncomfortableness. The room was frigidly cold. *

I needed urgent care & though I couldn't make the same day appt, they got me in early the next day. The staff were friendly & professional. Vion, the dental assistant, was especially nice and very gentle during xrays, calmed my nerves & made sure all my questions were answered. Dr. Ruiz - well.... she's AMAZING! Due to infection, I required a lot of numbing and IT DIDN'T HURT! Dentist offices are my least favorite place, but this is my favorite dentist office!*

Clean friendly knowledgeable
Should discuss payment options before services. I checked to see if they carried my insurance before making appointment. After wards was told not that plan. I didn't have 349.00. Was quickly settled but totally unavoidable.*

My experience was very good. Have had to have very little dental work in my life. This was my first time having more than a filling in childhood. Very quick, pleasant and painless.*
